Randy Elliott is a visionary leader, dedicated family man, and one of Utah’s most respected public officials. A proud husband to his wife Julia and father of four daughters, Randy brings a legacy of principled leadership to the Black Star Syndicate board.

During his two terms as a Davis County Commissioner, he championed transformative community projects—ranging from the Western Sports Park and Agricultural Heritage Center to the Emergency Operations Center and Historic Courthouse Remodel.

A firm believer in term limits and accountable governance, Randy’s leadership reflects a commitment to building resilient communities, preserving heritage, and investing in infrastructure that serves generations to come.
