Elijah James Taylor

Elijah James Taylor is a Co-Founder of BlackStar Syndicate, a consulting collective built to accelerate ventures shaping the next frontier in space, defense, energy, AI, and policy. He launched BlackStar with a simple conviction: bold ideas deserve the right strategy, the right partners, and the right execution to make lasting impact.

Raised in Eden, Utah, Elijah learned the values of resilience, leadership, and building with intention. He served as an intern in Senator Orrin Hatch’s office near the end of his career, gaining early exposure to public service. He later worked with former Congressmen Rob Bishop and Scott Tipton in consulting roles after their time in office. These experiences gave him a deep appreciation for public leaders and a better understanding of federal systems, policy, and the power of public-private collaboration

Today, through BlackStar and his C-Suite advisory work, Elijah helps founders, operators, and coalitions transform vision into measurable results. He also serves as Vice President of the Business Owners & Founders Club at Edison House, Advisory Board Member for Neumont College of Computer Science, and Utah Board Advisor for Terrace Metrics, advancing resiliency science and innovation across workplaces, schools, and government.

For Elijah, leadership comes down to one belief:
Hope, coupled with action, forges lasting impact.

BlackStar is his way of helping the ventures that carry that hope take flight.
