Justin S. Henriksen

Justin Henriksen is a builder. Over a career spanning software engineering, enterprise technology, and executive leadership, he has turned ideas into operating businesses across AI, SaaS, security, and professional services and developed a consistent framework for knowing when and where technology actually creates value.

He is Co-Founder and Chief Everything Officer of GetLatest AI, where he works with founders and operators to identify AI initiatives that produce measurable outcomes, not experimentation for its own sake. GetLatest AI also takes product to market, with active launches including SnappyClaw, Ronin, and Ciry. Before that, Justin directed Microsoft’s U.S. AI and Data partner ecosystem strategy, led U.S. operations at Crayon across a $51M P&L, and served as CEO of Blue Eye, where he grew recurring revenue 172% and turned a $250K monthly loss into profitability in under six months.

His background in software development informs how he approaches every business problem: define the system, build for the real world, and keep improving once it’s live. That engineering discipline, combined with a practitioner’s understanding of go-to-market execution, is what he brings to his work as a board member, investor, and advisor.

Justin advises Black Star Syndicate on AI strategy, product commercialization, and the practical intersection of emerging technology and market readiness.
