Janson Yousaf

Janson Yousaf leads VIP services, logistics, and security coordination for Black Star’s events and private engagements, a role built on two decades of operational experience across two continents.
He began his career in Peshawar, Pakistan, supporting the U.S. Consulate in security, logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations, work that earned him nominations for the Franklin Award and the U.S. Ambassador’s Extra Mile Award. He went on to lead security operations for the International Committee of the Red Cross, protecting international and national staff delivering humanitarian and medical services across the Peshawar metropolitan area during a period of significant regional instability. In that role he managed security resources supporting roughly 50 international and 600 national staff, assessing threats, developing safety protocols, and training teams in emergency response.
After relocating to Utah, Janson worked with the Department of Workforce Services helping refugees and families navigate employment and public assistance programs, then moved into logistics and facilities administration with Signature Products Group. Today he owns and operates J & S Transportation and Limousine, providing professional private transportation across Utah.
Companies attending major industry gatherings such as SmallSat, Zero Gravity Summit, and Silicon Slopes, including Black Star, contract Janson to provide VIP transportation and logistics for their teams and guests during those events. He also supports Black Star’s private client events, concerts, and outdoor venues throughout the state, and has handled logistics and transportation for Black Star’s international clients and visiting business delegations, drawing on his multilingual background and consulate-level experience coordinating movements for foreign officials and staff.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Edward’s College in Peshawar, with additional training in security management, emergency response, and workplace safety. He is fluent in English, Urdu, Pashto, Punjabi, and Hindi.
